When you arrive in the UK, please contact our Brandon, East Anglia office and provide your GBL shipment number and your Transportation Service Provider’s name to enable us to track the status of your household goods. We will also require your UK phone numbers and email addresses to add to your file upon your relocation to the UK.
There is a set Customs clearance process which requires all shipments to have one of the following forms accompanying it – DD1434 or a C3 (Retiring/Separating). Customs have strict importation laws; please review these before departure and advise our friendly East Anglia team of any issues concerning your consignment as soon as possible.

DELIVERING YOUR GOODS
When your goods have cleared customs, we at Arrowpak International will contact you to schedule delivery to your final destination.
On the day of delivery, you will need to be available from 8.00am to 5.00pm to allow our team to deliver your goods.
If you do not yet have a residence, your shipment can be placed in our storage facilities until your accommodation is available.
