You can access your items at any time during the working day and we will be happy to arrange collection and delivery to and from any of our sites.
HMRC requires companies to keep all financial records for at least six years and to be able to produce them for inspection if required. By using our secure document storage facilities you can avoid wasting valuable office space simply to store boxes of paper and at the same time ensure they will be safe and easy to locate should the need arise.
When the statutory period for retention has passed we can arrange for the documents to be securely destroyed and recycled, so that you only pay for the storage you need.
